Never worry about rediculous gym fees again!

I was a member of 24 hours for many many years and the fees just kept going up every time I turned around.  So I wanted to do something about it and began researching all sorts of home fitness products.  I wanted something very durable and have the ability to do all body parts when I wanted to without leaving my house.  So I checked all the sales ads in the Sunday newspaper for several weeks and came across the Power House weight bench with the LAT pull down add-on and leg extension and leg curl features.  This home gym is absolutely awesome for the money I spent and has the ability to do everything I need from a full fitness center or gym.  Of course I had to buy a couple of additional things like an Olympic bar and more free weights.  This home gym has the ability to do flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, shoulder presses, front and backwards lat pulldowns, full squats, and leg extensions and curls.  To do squats all i do is lower the bench to the floor and raise the bar holders all the way up and you have a home made squat rack.  Also the bench is very durable and allows me to get a wide enough grip to do proper bench presses.  Some of the cheaper bench machines are not big enough and you have to grip the bar right above your face.  For the things i cant do with bench and accessories I simply take the bar off of the bench and do them on the floor.  For example I can do stiff legged dead lifts, regular dead lifts, barbell curls with changing grips to hit all parts of the arms, military rows, bent over back rows, barbell shrugs for the traps, and front shoulder raises with the barbell.  I would recommend this home gym to serious body builders like myself for an alternative to going and paying gym fees.
