I have a very old male cat Twenty one years old and he loves these. I get him the seafood and Caribbean flavors. The good thing about these treats is the vet said at his age let him have what he wants. So we do. The treats are soft and we can hide the small pills he takes inside them. It makes it much easier to give him his medication with the treats. I recommend for cats that like the soft treats.

I tried these cat treats because they were cheap and Pounce is a brand I recognize. There are a lot of things I really loved about these treats, most notably the flip-top lid. The lid actually stays closed and is so much more convenient than the zipper-seal pouches. Also, the lid does a good job at keeping the treats fresh, in my opinion. I kept these treats in my house for months and they didn't seem to lose freshness. (Though I didn't taste them personally so I don't know for sure!) The downside to these treats, for me, was that both of my cats refused to eat these treats. I kept them so long because I would try over and over to get them to eat these. I would give them their favorite treats a few days in a row and then substitute Pounce in to see if they wanted a variety but it never worked. I even put them in dry food sparingly to try to get rid of them but it just amounted in my cats refusing to eat their dry food as well. I ended up leaving these treats in my yard for strays I take care of.  If you have a coupon or can get a sample, I'd suggest giving these cat treats a try, but picky eaters may not be impressed.

Our two cats are unlike other cats that think the world revolves around them so when a treat is brought out for the dogs, they are right there waiting for their treat like they have earned it! To keep the felines happy and our furniture rip free, we give them Pounce treats for good behavior and when the dogs have been good. They love the taste and we love the size and smell of this flavor so we all feel good about the moment. They are bite sized, soft and chewy and the cats really enjoy them. We only give them 4 or 5 little treats as we don't want them thinking this is a food product so they are always very happy to see the cannister come out from under the sink. They start rubbing up against our legs and meowing like they haven't eaten in two weeks and it is the cutest thing!! As a cat owner, I love those moments! They do, too, and I think that Pounce brings us closer in our human/feline relationship. Sandy

My cat is not what you would call a finicky cat. She has and love's all kind's of different treat's. She is a pretty loved and spoiled kitty cat. However when my husband's daughter sent the pounce treat's to our cat for christmas we thought cool some new treats to give a try. Boy were we ever dissapointed. We put a few of the pounce treats on a coffee saucer down on the floor cause our cat cant eat off the floor. Any way she went over to them gave them a sniff and walked away. We thought ok it is just because its something new and we left them there that way if she changed her mind she could go back and eat them. Well two days later they were still there. So I threw them away. We ended up giving the whole jar to a friend that had a cat and her cat didnt like them eaither. Don't take my word for it all cat's are different and have different taste in treats. My suggestion is buy a little sample pack first.

Unfortunately my cat did not enjoy this brand of cat treats. I only just recently started feeding her treats and she really loves them. I was trying yo find a bargain and I had a coupon for the the Pounce Moist Seafood Medley Flavor treats so i gave it a try. She ate a couple of them but didn't go crazy over them like the previous kinds we had given her.  When i tried to give them to here agian she refused to eat them. i think they a little large so I broke some in half and again she ate a couple of them but still was not crazy about them. When I tried to give here some again she refused to eat any of them and wouldnt change here mind no matter how many times I tried. She loves seafood flavors so I was surprised that she didn't eat them. My other cats would eat a few of them but weren't thrilled with them either. i would not buy them again. Cats are finicky though so maybe some other cats will like them, but I would buy more than one container ( like I did) until you make sure your cat will eat them.

I spoil my cats.  A lot.  They are my furry children.  They eat well and are well loved.  They love to eat.  Their entire day revolves around their food schedule.  However, every evening I tend to indulge them and give them a few treats.  I tried a variety of treats and both cats prefer moist treats over dry treats.  I tried a variety of brands and surprisingly the cats do seem to have a preference.  They love Pounce treats.  They are very conditioned.  I just have to shake the container and they come running from wherever they are in the house - even if they are napping upstairs.  This noise has become so associated with yummy snacky treats I can't pour out a few Advil without the cats mistaking it for treat time.  So now every night when I take my vitamin they have to have a treat or I will never hear the end of it.  My only problem is the containers may be a little too large.  Even with nightly treats and a few servings per night I can't seem to get through an entire container before the last part gets stale.

Midnight is a funny cat, and is very picky.  The pounce moist treats in any flavor she just plays around with.  She is a crunchy snack lover and loves any pounce that is crunchy.  It is also better for their teeth.  Crunchy snacks keep tartar from building. Midnight sometimes would rather have a small can of Bumble bee tuna instead of pounce at times.  I will say that I have tried them all and the Pounce brand must be the tastiest because she put her nose up at all the others.  I only buy what I know she will like. She hates seafood medley and would rather have a can of beef than a snack.  She also loves Shrimp.  There was a dried shrimp snack for 3.99 that she loved, but It was pulled from the market. So, I am stuck with Pounce.  Who makes these snacks anyway?  Do they really know what cats like.  I think not.  Midnight also loves whipped cream, just a teaspoon on a crystal dish and she will jump for joy.  I think all treats should let us try samples before spending wasted money.

My cats enjoy these cat treats so much but they do not enjoy eating the salmon ones and i think that it would be nice to have a countainer with only one flavor instead of a mix. But it is nice to have a moist treat for them that I know my cats really like. I would reccomend these highly to all people who have cats, especially when they fed their cats dry food. It makes more enjoyable for them to have moist treats as a specail thing and  makes it easier for kittens for are still not old enough to have the strength in their teeth to chew the hard food. I think that these are also my cats favorite treats out of all the ones that I have tried to give them. There are many ups to these and very few downs that are easy to get aound. I give my cat a treat each morning to eat while I fix her breakfast.  I had 2 coupons so I was able to get 2 different flavors to try. She loved them & didn't get tired of them before they were gone.  If she doesn't like something she won't eat it.   Wal-Mart carries them all the time so they are easy to find in this area but they are too expensive to buy without a coupon though.  Very moist & stay fresh until all gone.

My cat loves these. He has a problem seeing and he is deaf but these treats he seems to always find them. When he sees the container he will not stop meowing. He loves all the flavors and i would recommend them to cat owners. They also have a points program so you can earn free treats, toys, and other stuuff for you cat!
