Post-It "Sign Here" Flags. Made By the 3M Company.

When you are dealing with an office that has to sign a lot of documents, it is easy to both get confused and lose time while working your way through several stacks.  That has become a thing of the past in our office though, as we have plenty of the Post-It "Sign Here" Flags to make the whole get-a-signature process easier.

The product is simple enough, consisting of 120 flags that are sold for just under $4.00 around here.  The flags are split into 4 different dispensers, which can be separated so that you are only using one of them at a time on your desk.  Each of the dispensers has a different color flag, with the colors being red, blue, yellow, and green.  Each of the dispensers also houses 30 of the little flags.

Measuring 1.7 inches long, and .47 inches tall, the flags all have the words "sign here" on the right side, with a colored arrow pointing towards the left side of the flag.  To put one to use, you simply pull it out of the dispenser (it is then replaced with a new flag) to reveal the sticky side of the flag.  You then put the arrow so that it is pointing toward the signature line on your document, and extended off the right side of the page.  This allows you to close a multiple-page document, and the flag (or tab) extends out so that you can easily flip to the page that needs to be signed.

Having the four different colors allows the user to alternate importance or method to which things are signed, and you can come up with your own system depending on  how you run your office.  Once the document has been signed, I often will take the "used" flag and stick it to the edge of my computer monitor.  I will then re-use the flag a second and sometimes third time, as long as the adhesive holds out.  Using these Post-It "Sign Here" Flags makes the whole process of gaining a signature much, much easier, and it is done at an affordable price.  I highly recommend going with these Post-It flags if you work in an office that could put them to good use.

I KNEW your work seemed familiar. Took me a while but I get it now. Good job as usual and I am glad you changed your tune about this great community.

I love these, but I always seem to misplace them. Like your idea about sticking them on the monitor. :)
