Someone here reviewed Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds recently and it sounded so good that I decided to give it a try.  So the next time I went shopping I picked up a box and am happy to report that it is really yummy and I'd definitely buy it again. — Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds is sort of like two different cereals to me. I really like sweet cereals for kids and crunchy things like granola but sometimes they're too sweet.  And I like flaky cereals too but sometimes they're boring and not sweet enough. — But the HBOA with Almonds is like a combination of the… read full review »

I am not a big cold cereal eater; I used to be, but not so much anymore.  But the rest of my family eats cold cereal; they eat it every morning with the exception of weekends, that's when I cook.  And when I do eat cereal it's usually a combination of Kellogg's Corn Flakes and Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal.  I buy Post Honey Bunches of Oats for the rest of the family.     Honey Bunches of Oats is made up of three kinds of flakes and oat clusters lightly sweetened with honey, hence the name.  The cereal is a good source of whole grain,… read full review »

If you are a cereal lover, this just may be your new favorite food.  And if you aren't a breakfast lover, this cereal just may turn you into one.  I love the taste of the oat clusters mixed with the three times of flakes and the roasted honey flavor.  Each bite is a crunchy taste of heaven sweetened with a hint of the honey flavor.  The flakes are made with whole grains, and the kiss of honey adds the perfect amount of sweetness to each spoonful.  Most cereal gets soggy and mushy when it sits in milk, but not this one.  Even after soaking in your bowl of milk,… read full review »

I have been eating Honey Bunches of Oats for a while.  I think it has a great taste, the granola clusters give the cereal some substance and it just sweet enough to taste good.  It is not too sugary, just right.  If anyone out there likes granola clusters, they need to try this cereal.  — It does have a decent amount of vitamins and minerals, and the sugars and carbs are not too high, so it will not bring you crashing down like some of the real sugary cereals.  Also, the Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds is very good too.  If you like granola and… read full review »

Honey Bunches of Oats is my hubby's favorite.   He usually use to eat whatever I put in the cereat containers.  Then, one day, I purchased a box of HBO with a coupon, poured it in the cereal container & once he tasted it, he let me know he loved it.  So, everytime we need cereal, this is the one he buys.  I've tried it & like it but it doesn't like me.  It has fiber in it & that seems to mess up my tummy.  But, he gets along fine with it & even adds fresh berries to it.  It's not to sweet, he doesn't add sugar & I'm happy knowing he is going out the… read full review »

This is one of the best cereals I have ever tasted.  It is also fairly healthy with whole grains and honey instead of bad sugars like high fructose corn syrup you so often find in breakfast items.  There are also several different varieties to chose from with dried fruit pieces in them.  The fact that there are crunchy parts as well as flakes keeps the cereal from tasting as soggy if for instance your young child causes a disaster that needs your immediate attention and you dont get back to your cereal for ten minutes or so.  I am fond of the different textures of the… read full review »

Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds makes a frequent appearance in our morning breakfast cereal rotation.  It has enough fiber and nutrients that it qualifies as a healthy breakfast, but it tastes so good you don't feel like you're depriving yourself.  I also enjoy it as an evening snack.  The oat clusters are crunchy without being hard to chew like those found in other brands.  The flakes are delicate and can get mushy in milk, but I usually eat it too quickly for that to be an issue.  The almonds provide a nice crunch.  About the only negative I can come up with… read full review »

— If you have never tried this cereal than I strongly advise that you RUN to the store and immediately purchase not just one brand but several.  If you are the type of person that likes to crunch and crunch like I do, than you are going to love this cereal.  — — It keeps your mouth busy with it's variety of flakes and nuggets and whole dried fruits.  It promotes a healthy heart, is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, and as low as possible in trans fat.  It also helps in reducing the risk of heart disease.  It is filled with whole grain and has… read full review »

Good cereal if you try to save money. It has crunchy oat clusters and three kinds of flakes. Honey Bunches of Oats contains just the right amount of sweetness. With almons, is the best. Low in fat, zero trans fat, it provides 9 essential vitamins and minerals and it is a good source of whole grains. You can buy it in 16oz & 21oz sizes. I have not looked for coupons of this brand. —… read full review »

This is my favorite cereal. It's crispy and very tasty with a hint of honey. They make a larger box of this called "Family Size", which I buy at a better price per ounce. I often buy 3+ boxes of this on a trip to the grocery store. I have been eating it for 15 years or so. Everyone needs breakfast and this is a healthy alternative. Great cereal and a must for every… read full review »
