Good practical car but won't win any races.

I bought my 2004 Pontiac Vibe new.  Bought it for my wife as a daily driver and occasional highway use.  Have had car for 4 years now and have over 90,000 miles on it.

This is a great car , but don't plan on winning any races with it.  It gets 35 mpg which is great especcially with today's gas prices. ...

Avoid this year and make.

I had purchased this make and year last year.  The vehicle always had issues.  When purchased, it had less than 50,000 miles.  Too many issues to list.  Not to mention the recalls for this model.  I ended up letting the dealership have it back 6 months later.  I wasn't impressed with the gas mileage... review »

Very practical and versatile verhicle
married, daily driver, fuel-conscious, practical, value conscious

I love this vehicle. The Vibe gets good gas mileage which is all important these days. It is fun to drive, very comfortable and extremely versatile. The rear seats fold flat to create a ton of space.
The lay out of the interior is very user friendly.

I would highly recommend this verhicle to anyone. As a matterof fact I am buying the 2009 model in a few weeks!!!

We have had this car for the past year and a half and have loved it. We have put so many miles on it and it drives just as good as when we bought it. We had a similar car in Europe a Renault. We were sad when we couldn't find it here. The Pontiac Vibe has been a great substitute!
