I purchased this same model a year and a half ago and the picture went out. Tried to take it to a local repair shop and they would not touch it because they said that Polariod will not send them parts. So I called Polariod and was told for a charge of 250.00 they would send out the part and a repairman to fix the TV with a 30 day warranty. I told Vera thanks but no thanks because she could not warranty the replacement part but for 30 days. That lets you know the product is no good any time they will not give you a year warranty on their parts.
