This product is excellent! I got this watch for Christmas and use it every day with my workouts. Once you get used to the buttons, it is very easy to keep track of your heart rate during your workouts. I especially like that it keeps track of calories burned since I am often at a loss for that number when it comes to strength training. It has allowed to me make sure I am eating enough food to have the most effective fitness routine. This has definitely elevated my workouts!

I absolutely love this watch and heart monitor combo. It is a great motivator to get you to work out and you actually enjoy seeing how many calories you have burned. I can't speak to accuracy of the calories burned but I am guessing it is fairly accurate as it compares closely to the calories burned on the gym equipment. The watch always tells me I burn less calories than the gym equipment is giving me which is probably true. The watch comes with a chest strap which you need to get a little wet first before you place it under your breast bone. I have been on super long walks with this heart rate monitor and it has never once reset or stopped on me, it is extremely reliable. I would definitely recommend this model for anyone that is a beginning or only participates in light cardio. This watch will not tell you the distance that you have traveled, you will need to upgrade to a higher model for that. It does not have GPS in it but I don't think that is really needed for light cardio. I definitely recommend this device for its ease of use and also the reasonable price point.

I received this product as a Christmas gift and have used it with every workout since. It's such a great product that works well and is very accurate. I love that I can track my calories, time spent working out and my heart rate all with one product. It's comfortable and easy to use. I was worried about the chest strap being uncomfortable but I put it just under my sports bra and I hardly even know it's there. I'm very pleased so far with the quality of the product at an amazing price. It helps keep track of past workouts too in the database. It also tells you how long you are working out with your heart rate being in the zone it should be in. I have been wanting a heart rate monitor for a long time now and am very pleased with this one. I would buy it again and would highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. I'm looking forward to trying it out when I start training for a 5k race.
