I have been addicted to POGO.com for the past four years. While most of the best games do require a yearly membership fee, the fee is not outrageous, and there are also a lot of free games if you don't want to pay. All games have a Jackpot Spin, which is automatically doubled if won by a paying member. Along with that, there are special drawings for members and non-members throughout the year. What we POGOholics consider the best benefit, though, are "Badge Nights" every Wednesday. POGO has two weekly game contests to earn a new badge (icon) for that game. Members can also get POGO "mini's" which they can dress up in costumes and clothes to match their personality and the season. It really is a lot of fun.
The only problems I've ever encountered was with their Tech Support, which is handled outside of the country and primarily through e-mail. The e-mail has to be picked up within the site, however, so it can be cumbersome. Fortunately, I have only had to use it twice, and in each case, my issue was resolved after a few e-mails.
