I have joined several so called free game sites over the years and the only one that I am still with is Pogo. The reason I say so called is because a few of the sites I have joined lets you play a game for a few minutes or limit how many times you can play, unless you sign up for their paid service. No matter what type games you like to play - card games, slots, word games, puzzles, sports, action games, etc - you are sure to find something you like.

It costs nothing to join, very minimal personal info is needed for sign up and you can start playing within minutes of signing up. The free games are ad supported so you do have an occational 'commercial break' in between games or rounds - but that's a small price to pay for some great free games. Unlike other sites you can play the games for free as long as you like. They don't tease you, only to cut you off after a few rounds of playing. Now I will say that Pogo does offer an upgraded membership version called Club Pogo. The membership allows you to play all the games with no ads or interuptions and they also offer additional games that are only available to Club member. But again, they offer a fantastic assortment of free games even if you decide not to join the club, so you won't be disappointed.

Most games you play offer tokens as a reward for playing, the better you play the more token you receive. These tokens in turn can be turned in for 'tickets' in daily, weekly and monthy drawings - up to $1000 bucks. In addition most games have a progressive money jackpot. Reach a certain point level in a game and get what's called a Jackpot Spin. The jackpot spin gives you additional tokens than what you already receive for playing the game or if you are lucky you hit the progressive jackpot - which can get as high as $4,999!

There are other features, like in room chat, creating your own personal avatar (creating an online version of you - face, body, clothes, etc), downloadable games, and more - but bottom line is, if you like games this is the place for you. Just don't email me saying you wasted an entire weekend playing Bingo, Slots and Turbo 21! :)

Thanks for this helpful review. I have seen people list this as their favorite website on their Viewpoints profile and never knew what it was. This review answered all of my questions and now I want to go check it out. Thanks! I look forward to reading more of your reviews.

In the beginning I used to spend my points on the sweepstakes. I now let the points build up like everyone else and I have 243,598. Way less than most of the people on Pogo! I never played Stack Em. Maybe I will give it a try tonight!

lol I am terrible at that game. My favorite game has to be Turbo 21 and lately I have been addicted to Stack Em. I thought Stack Em was boring at first but I have been playing it for days now. How many tokens do you have built up? Or do you 'spend' them?
