always adding new games, can win actual money and prizes, create a virtual you, lots of variety, Fun fun fun, They have games for every ability,, easy to navigate, excellent graphics, earn badges

Cons

can never get help when you need it, Customer service can be poor, cost too much, have never won anything

My mom and I have been both writing to pogo because our games keep shutting down and freezing all the time. I think the amount of money you pay to be a club pogo member that they should be more than happy to answer your questions and keep you a happy satisfied customer. No, you can forget about that they seem to be to busy or just don't care about the people that made them all thier money. If you have a problem with your pogo don't save yourself some time, don't even bother tying the e-mail. You wi.l never get an answer.
