I love that I do not have to mess with cold packs, etc...just put the whole darn thing in the freezer over night and voila! you are ready to go! it really keeps milk cold - it even had started freezing some after I had it in there all day. I like that the outside of the bag doesn't feel cold to the touch - it doesn't make stuff around it cold (like diapers in the diaper bag!). I am very happy with this item.
