Washing bottles? All you need to wash here is the nipple. The plastic bottle liner is all you need. Squeeze out any air and bubbles and you are good to go. It also does not contain the harmful BPA, that so many people have been concerned about. The only thing is that you cannot warm the liners in… read full review »

I bought these bottles for my daughter before she was born. It was my present to myself. I loved them! They seemed so practical. Keep the air out, right? That's what everyone is bragging about. So I went with them. When my daughter was born, and I started bottle feeding her, I was miserable. You… read full review »

my daughter had a lot of gas when she was little. my mother recomended the drop in liners to help prevent her from sucking in so much air.  the liners were great. she spit up much less and a lot of the gas problems went away.  i am using them now with my second child and while he tends to spit up much more the liners prevent him from sucking in to much air becuase they they retract as he eats. this aspect of the liners also allow him to eat in an upright position besauce the milk is not sitting at the bottom of the bottle but being pushed up by the liner. — they are also very… read full review »

They didn't come out with the drop-in liners until long after my first daughter quit drinking from bottles.  But, I was introduced to them when I had my second daughter this year.  These are the best items EVER!!  It's so easy, you drop the liner in, fill with formula, put the nipple on and you're ready to go.  Not to mention, they're easy to pack and you don't have a huge mess to clean up.  You just simply take the liner out, wash the nipple, and you're done.  What could be any easier?! — The only thing I don't like about these, is that they are fairly… read full review »

I bought these originally because I wanted a sanitary way to feed out of a bottle without having to boil and sterilize! In the end I got much more. My daughter has little to no gas with these bottles and she goes back and forth from breast to bottle with no confusion what so ever. My time in the kitchen is cut down since I don't have to worry about sterilizing bottles. I can pump directly into the liners and freeze or refrigerate and just grab and go. It makes my life so much less stressful to be able to go out and not worry about a bottle leaking. Plus I can throw the liner out when she is… read full review »

I love this feeding system! They are easy to use, and convenient. All you need to do is make sure the nipples are clean, and you are good to go. Just drop a liner in, add formula/breastmilk and you're ready to feed! — — I used these for my first child, and am now using the same bottles for my second. — — I have never had a problem heating a bottle in my microwave, as its only in there for 10 seconds or so. I just remove the nipple. But my sons have always taken their bottles room temperature. — — Compared to the more expensive bottle systems, these do… read full review »

Preparing Playtex Nurser bottles got easier when Playtex Drop Ins Baby Bottle were invented!  I was half way through bottle feeding my 3rd child when the Playtex Drop Ins Baby Bottle hit the market.  —  I had always been frustrated with wasted nurser bottle bags because of the pull tabs ripping off while trying to place the bag in the bottle.  Not only was that problem eliminated with the Playtex Drop Ins Baby Bottle but I could also prepare bottles with one hand!  Any parent who has tried to prep bottles with a squirming, hungry baby on their hip can… read full review »

I am a first time mom.  We use the playtex drop-ins. The biggest pro is that it decreases the gas swallowed by the baby.  However, it's really not less washing.  Milk still gets around the rim of the bottle, so I still end up washing the entire bottle.  So that part doesn't set it apart from other bottles.  A few times people have pushed a little too hard on the bottom of the liner to push out the air and it exploded and spilled all over the place.  Also, all of the bottles come with the low flow nipples.  But, they're working well.  My son takes them… read full review »

I have tried a few other bottles and had recieved a drop in as a gift but was dead set against trying it.  When all of my other bottles leaked after only a few weeks of use I was very frustrated.  Finally with lots of pushing from the hubby, I tried it and fell in love.  I ran to the strore and bought extra nipples and now all I do is change out the liner and nipple between uses.  This saves me from doing dishes so often, before I was doing them 2-3 times a day.  Now one bottle lasts for a day and I only have 3 drop ins compared to my 15 Evenflo-Comfi Grips (which… read full review »

I think using dropins is so much better for your baby then regular old bottles. For one you push out all the air yourself so theres no dout that air is not getting inside your babys tummy. When your baby starts sitting up and holding there own bottle, the dropins keep the milk at the top so baby is get it instead of air. Keeping air out of my sons tummy is very important to me because my oldest son use to get gas really bad and it made him not want to eat or be able to sleep. Once i started using the dropins his gas improved a great deal, and now I know what is good for the new… read full review »

As a teen with younger siblings I remember the old design for Playtex and I hated them.  But when I had my daughter and someone gave me the new drop-in's I was overjoyed.  — These are so much easier then they use to be.  Not having to open the bag, and fold it over the lip of the bottle itself.  Not having to make sure that as you screw on the top, the bag stays in place.  All are major pros in my mind. —  This item is a must have for any blurry eyed parent with a crying baby first thing in the morning or late at night. —… read full review »

Playtex Drop-Ins take all the work out of bottle feeding. My wife wanted to nurse our Daughter, but also needed a break at the end of the day from the 14 or so feedings! She turned to her trusty pump and, what I like to call, the greatest invention known to the parent, the Drop-Ins! She pumps into them and all I have to do is drop it into a bottle, heat it up in some water and I'm off and running. These aren't messy, don't leak, and save my wife from having to hand wash yet another baby item! This is a real must have! —… read full review »

These nursers are awesome!  Both of my children have used them.  They are the closest thing to breastfeeding that I have found.  They prevent gas build up for baby with the colapsable liner.  The drop in design of the liner makes measuring easier when mixing formula and water in nurser.  They come in a convenient 4 oz or 8 oz size.  I recommend the 4 oz for training little ones to hold their own bottles.  Lighter and easier for little hands to… read full review »

I was so glad when the Platex Drop-ins came out.  I loved them!  It was fast to make a bottle for my babies.  I felt very safe using them because I knew that I was using a fresh bottle everytime and didn't have to worry if I got it "clean enough".  It was worth every penny.  I also liked being able to push all the extra air out of the bags so the babies got less air in their… read full review »

I love these bottles. I find that the playtex liners can be expensive but you can buy the walmart or target brand liners for less. I actually wash the liners in hot soapy water and reuse them. This way I am not using so many and less go to the landfills. I use them because my daughters gets really gassy and takes in to much air with other bottles. If you buy the starter pack it is a great deal and saves… read full review »
