I am one to say use. I have used them with my 2 kids My sisters have all used them. I trust them. they are a great way to save on washing dishes. You through away the bag and just wash the nipple. My kids have had less gas, never had colic, they are able to hold them better. By example they are able to use one hand by holing the bottom of the bottle. You only need one or two of each size. The liners save you money in the long run. You only have to replace nipple sizes as they grow. You do have to replace some bottles after a while. So I say they are a must.
