Playtex Diaper Genie Pail Review

If any of you have been subjected to a the stench of dirty diapers than you will appreciate this product.  The Playtex Diaper Genie Pail is a life saver!  You just put the dirty diaper inside, twist and the smell is gone.  We live in a small apartment so it's important that my entire place doesn't stink like baby poop.  I don't know what I would do without this.  A matter of fact, this is my go to gift at baby showers.  Every new parent needs a Diaper Genie.  The only downside is the cost and installation of the refills.  First off, you can buy them in bulk at kmart or costco to cut down on the cost.  But taking out the bag of dirty diapers to install a diaper genie refill is my least favorite activity.  Once you get the hang of it it's no big deal but at the beginning I ripped a bunch of bags and had dirty diapers spill onto the carpet.  Not pretty.  But still - I would whole heartedly recommend the diaper genie to all new parents.
