Playtex Breast Pump
We bought the Playtex breast pump after our son was born. We couldn't afford a Medella or a Lansinoh so I did extensive research on the mid-priced pumps. After reading many reviews and comparing features, the Playtex was the one I chose. Some of the features I like are the silicone breast cups, the variable suction and being able to use the same bottles and liners for pumping and feeding.
One of the things I don't like about the pump is that the connectors that attach the air hose to the pump are easily broken. You can attach the hose directly to the pump but then you have to set it up on something...
Playtex Drop Ins Baby Bottle
I used the Playtex Dropins system with both of my children because it was refered to me by a family member. I liked how the liners allowed my children to drink with out getting alot of air, but I didn't like how exspesive the process got. I ended up washing and reusing liners alot with my second child. I wish I would have tried different bottles the second time around. There are much more advanced systems out on the market now.
My daughter never gave me much trouble with the liners but my son liked to squeeze them so there was alway a big mess. I think the system is a nice idea, but...
review »Playtex Drop-Ins System 8 oz. Nurser Baby Bottle
Playtex Nurser Bottles are the best bottles ever. I love the fact they are easy to assemble, easy to clean and they are BPA free!!! When I say they are easy to clean, I mean it! All you do is rinse out the old, throw it in the recycle bin (depending on your county) and drop in a new one. They are BPA free which to any parent is very important. They do not leak, my son will throw these bottles and they don't spill! All I have to say is if you have 3 kids like me and time is of the essences than, this is what you need!! Also, if you get a little tight on cash, you can buy the store...
review »Playtex Insulator Spill Proof Cups
These Playtex cups are awesome! They are really durable so when my daughter drops them they dont break or fall apart. They really are leak free and spill proof so you don't have to worry about spills or messes! I love that they are dishwasher safe...you just take them apart and pop them in!! They are quick and easy to disassemble and clean- I often just do it by hand if needed!
These cups are great because they fit in my daughter's booster seat and they also fit in my daughter's stroller storage! They don't fall out!!! So nice! They stay cold & don't really sweat all over the place...
review »Playtex Soothie bottle Baby Bottle
The Soothie bottles mimic the shape and feel of the Soothie pacifier. We found that this made an easier transition for our daughter from bottle to pacifier when she was at her most fussy during her colliky periods of infancy. We relied on them for easy travel with a compartment that attaches to the bottom of the bottle for holding powdered formula. As she got older, our daughter was able to easily hold her own bottles as they were 'chubby' for her chubby hands.
Playtex Drop-Ins Premium Nurser Baby Bottle
I chose these bottles as a recommendation from a friend. I loved not having to clean bottles and just having to replace the drop in. The nipples were great and easy for transition and easy to clean. I also liked that you could push the air out. I would recommend these to anyone. You can also get store brand versons of the drop-ins at place like walmart and target to save alittle on that expense.

Playtex Embrace Double Breast Pump
The Playtex embrace double breast pump is extremely comfortable and easy to use. This pump allowed me to continue breastfeeding my son after returning to work. I liked it much better than the Medela brand that I had rented from the hospital. This pump is also hospital grade meaning that no milk can get in the tubing and is great for long term use. I used this pump several times a day for 14 months. I never had a problem with it. It comes in a great carrying bad that resembles a tote.
Playtex Drop Ins 8 oz Nurser Baby Bottle
I recently decided to use the Playtex drop ins with my second child. I recieved a few of the bottles for free so just needed to stock up on the drop ins. I found them on sale and all the bottles had coupons for the drop ins so I was set. I really like that you can purchase bottles with designs on them. The bottles are a very durable plastic and can be placed in the dishwasher. With the drop ins there is less mess and cleaning than a regular bottle. When the baby is finished you just throw away the drop in, rinse off the bottle and sterilize the nipple. This to me is much easier than...
review »Playtex Drop-Ins Original Nurser Baby Bottle
Playtex Drop Ins Nurser Bottle is the best bottle by far. My daughter is a breast fed baby and this particular bottle is designed most like mother so my daughter took this bottle with no problems. She's never had any gas problems because the liners inside the bottle collapse which helps to prevent gas and fussiness. The liners are reasonably priced and come in 2 different sizes that are great for younger or older babies. They also can be found pretty much anywhere which is convenient. Another reason why I love the Playtex Drop In Nurser bottle is because the bottle uses liners it makes less dishes...
review »Playtex Vent Air Baby Bottle
I LOVE these bottles! We started out with Playtex Drop-Ins, and we got sick of purchasing the liners. From there we tried the Vent Air and have never turned back. When my son was younger, he had gas issues which these bottles prevent air from being taken in. They have a curve in them, which helps and it also makes them easier to hold. They are incredibly easy to clean, they come apart into 3 pieces (top, bottom, middle) so you don't have to use one of those bottle brushes on them. I use a regular sponge. I am very germ concious, and like the fact that you can take it apart...
review »Playtex The Insulator Straw Cup Sport 9 oz
The Playtex Insulator Straw Cup in the nine ounce size may be purchased at many mass market retailer locations. It is a decent cup for those looking for features like spill proof, insulated, refillable, travel, and age appropriate cup for their child or young toddler. The cup is easy to fill, but hard to clean. The straw tends to clog up and is terribly frail. My toddler bit pieces off while using it. Not a cup that is safe for a teething toddler unless used with extreme supervision. I was not able to find replacement straws for this model at any store in my local area. I would only...
review »Playtex 8 oz. bottles Baby Bottle
I have tried lots of bottle brands with both of my boys, and I like Playtex 8 oz. baby bottles with disposable liners the best. I love not having to wash the bottles. You just wash the nipples and collars. They are easy to sanitize if you want to. The liner collapses as baby drinks to reduce the amount of air baby takes in, thus reducing gas and colic. It's easy to find replacement liners at local stores and they are inexpensive. I used to use these bottles when I ran a home daycare, if the parents liked them, because of the convenience of using them. I think the Playtex nipple shape works...
review »Playtex VentAire Advanced 8 oz Baby Bottle
This bottle is very good. It allows for air to come back into the bottle as your child is consuming the milk or formula from the bottle. The only set back to this bottle is that it has so many parts. There is a nipple, a ring, the bottle shaft, the base and the base ring to seal the bottom to the bottle shaft. When it comes to cleaning this bottle you have to disassemble the entire rig and clean each peice. When I have placed this many parts in my dishwasher (it is dishwasher safe), sometimes the nipple or ring falls to the bottom of the machine. When this happens, the part will likely...
