Playstation 3 - Sony Playstation 3 (80GB) Review

The Sony Playstation 3 has to be the most overrated game console I've ever encountered. There so many flaws to the system I don't know where to begin. Lets start with the controllers themselves. First off every gamer would love to have a controller they count on when it comes to comfortability. I'm pretty sure the team down at Sony studios didn't take much time out to ensure that after a long game section your hands wouldn't feel like they been rubbed with sandpaper. The controller is made for a child probably the age of 6 because its so small it makes you adjust, and just those adjustments can cause damage to the hands and wrists. My honest opinion is that Sony could of used some of the money they put into those games they produce to make a better controller. Secondally, the gaming control is way to sensitive to touch. You can barely move the joystick or d-pad and your character is all over the place. Play Madden NFL 10 and see if you don't get mad after the first couple of minutes. The man run so fast you would think you were playing Bejing Olympics 2008 or something. Its not about being fast all the time its about being percise. I just couldn't get into the PS3 like I wanted to. Another thing all that money for the system and the graphics still aren't the best to offer. I would say if you want to get your moneys worth, never mind the fact that the 3 is now 299 due to low sales, get you an X-Box 360, be satisfied and very entertained. Take it from someone who knows.
