Playstation 3 - 80GB Review

I do not own a Ps3 of any form. My friend purchased one a long time ago and I play it sometimes over his house. The system to me seems way to expensive for the common gamer. I do not have that kind of money to waste on the system alone. If it were not for the price tag the system would have gotten at least a four star rating. Anyways, other issues I have found with the system is there is a lack of ps3 games compared to other systems. It isn't that I can't find games that I like on the system, but I like to have a wide variety of games to play. Also, I believe that some people will have more trouble than I to find a large number of games that they are willing to play. The games that the system does have are very good and the graphics are stunning. Also, the use of a blu-ray player if very helpful especially since neither my friend nor myself personally own one. The hard drive is very useful, now I can play whatever game I want without having to fumble for a memory card, or having to worry about which game is where or if it is okay to delete this game. With an 80G hard drive, and the lack of games this system has, I doubt my friend will ever fill up his entire hard drive.

Basically I believe this is a very solid system if you have a large amount of money you can throw around (which i don't) but if you are just an average gamer than this system isn't worth the money and you should probably stick to that Ps2 for a while.
