Playstation 3 - 80GB —
I bought my 80GB PS3 back in Feb. Honestly it was one of the best investments I've ever made. While really good games have been a bit slow to come out the system is backwards compatible with the majority of the PS2 games that I own. I have only found one PS2 game it won't play so far. Thing that I love about this system... until I tried watching one I didn't think much of Bluray after I watched a few I was hooked! The ability to watch bluray discs has been one of the biggest side benefits of owning this machine. Some of the exclusive titles have been awesome (like Disgaea 3 and Little Big Planet!) The motion sensing controler is a kind of neat twist in a few games (like Folklore) The standout feature for me for this system though is free online especially the downloads from the playstation store. I have seen more movie trailers and game trailers in the last few months than I have seen in years. It has allowed me to download demos of games so I can decide whether or not it is worth spending $60 to buy it. I can even get free DLC for games after I buy them (like Little Big Planet and Civilization Revolution) Soon they will even be releasing HOME and I have heard that will be really good! For anyone looking for a topnotch gaming console I can not recommend this highly enough.

I read your review as well, nicely set out. I agree that it's nice to see other female gamers around. I notice you also mentioned Little Big Planet. It's such a fun game I wish I was better at playing it!
