My three brothers, my boyfriend, and all my other male friends are positively entranced by this game. Since they turn almost every get-together into a Call of Duty game fest, I decided that in order to see/talk to them, I'd have to get in on the fun. I am now as eager to break out the Call of Duty 4 game as they are!

The controls are pretty simple and straightforward. As with any game it takes a little adjustment if you don't play on the console often, but the controls are easy to remember and use. No ridiculous twisting of digits to hit four buttons at once while twirling around or something like...

Everything about this game is absolutely amazing! The graphics, storyline, online gameplay, and flexibility all contribute to this games outstanding gaming experience. The graphics are realistic on the Xbox 360. It is not just another shooter game where you can just go blasting everyone and make your way through the game. The AI is far superior to any other shooter game. It doesn't seem like you are playing against just another computer controlled bot. Then there is the online gaming!!! I have given this game 5 stars although I have lost my husband to this game.The graphics are amazing and after a month I have already got my money's worth out of it! I would love to sit here and bash this game I can't.For starters it cost about $60 give or take and now you can download 4 new maps from the playstation store for $9.99.My husband only plays online so I don't know much about the game but I know all about multiplayer/online game.If you have a headset you can chat with other players that are on your team.There are 4 teams and the same 2 always play against each other.S.A.S and Spetnaz... read full review »

Take every first person shooter (FPS), and any other shooter for that matter, you have have ever seen...now think of your current gaming kings like: Halo, Rainbow Six and Gears of War (to name a few). Take from each of those games the best aspects that you can think of... throw them together, and you have the masterpiece known as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

lots of reviews on this game, so i really do not need to go deep into it. The main thing i want to let you know about is the Multiplayer..... Today is July 04, 2008... I just got COD4 about 1months ago, I was thinking since it was an older game not as many people would still be playing it, but boy was I wrong. I have a 1year old, so i do not get that much time to play it. When i do however get a chance no matter the time in the AM/PM there is always tons of people playing online enough to have a great time. Call of Duty 4 was developed by Infinityward and was named game of the year in 2007.  This game is an intense and addicting  first  person shooter.  The online multi  player  is phenomenal  with the exception that the host ends game often.  The  story mode  will have you at the edge of your seat for many of the major battles throughout the middle east and Russia.  If you have a good job and a great family, I would not suggest picking this game up because you could lose them over the addiction level of this game.  Overall, this game is a must buy for any console or PC.

Call of duty 4 has everything to offer in a career mode or going online and battle it out head to head against up to 18 people. The graphics are off the carts and pen point persicion to the layout of the locations. Many guns to choose from as well as game modes on and offline. You should go right now and buy a copy. If you buy it new it comes with a free code to get the new maps.

this game is one of the most competitive online games ive played, along with one of the best. ontop of having awesome online play, the story of the game is even better. unfortunetly the next cod will be made by those who made cod3, which i found kind of boring. so ill be waiting till cod6 is here!

this game is so good you dont need to have a wife for entertainment you can just turn this on and you wont remember you have a life this is one of the best warfare games i think it fits perfectly into my arsenal of games most of my games are warfare and strategy games.

This here call of duty 4 modern warfare is problably the worlds best first-person shooter game. This game has outstanding graphics, great challenges, guns, etc. Call of duty has always been a great hit. And it has always overrated halo.

Call  of Duty Modern Warfare is one of the greatest games. There's really no experience like this. You are led by the hand towards the objectives. All the battles are epic. There are more than 12 missions and they each take about an hour to complete. It's visually stunning, voice acting is good, and the sounds of weapons are great. It also has a great multiplayer.  It is definitely worth the money.

Pros: Graphics, for one. Everything is crystal clear and detailed, and motion blur makes everything look shockingly realistic. I'm going to split the AI discussion into two segments (one being here in the Pros, the other in the Cons). The best AI in the game has to be your allies. The strategically take positions (albeit in a very scripted manner) and ACTUALLY HELP YOU OUT by killing stuff. While you still get the feeling they make you do everything, they cover you very well while you do so.

  This is a great game and at a stealer price now to. I've played this game so many times that I can'nt even count and everytime I play I'm still so impressed with the graphics its not funny. Thats probly why I have played it so much. Also this game is very realistic and I mean very realistic if you beat this game on any of the higher level you need a standing ovation.
