I have worked from home for 6 years. Before I went homebased and for the first year, I struggled with headsets. They might be comfortable for the first hour but then I was miserable, and since I had to wear it for sometimes 9-10 hours... This one is very comfortable. I did have to have the dongle replaced after about a year because I lost mine. It has traveled all over the world with me, including a trip into the cat's water dish, and still works fantastically. I've washed the dongle several times and it never phases it. I have given colleagues several of these for Christmas gifts. I have heard that the battery life can run down on them after several years but I've had mine for almost 5 years and do not have that problem at all. It still lasts 8-9 hours on every charge. Design The only thing that would make me buy a new one if there was a slightly lighter one that was still padded but not as "thick" and I do wish they would make a microdongle.
