I remember my mom using Pinxav on my sister and I when we were little. It was in a little white bottle with a gold label and a black lid. She used it for EVERYTHING. Minor burns, scrapes, diaper rash, heat rash; whatever. She used it on herself, my dad, the kids. When I was pregnant with my first baby, she bought me my own tube of Pinxav, and I haven't looked back. I have 4 tubes of it scattered around my house, in case one gets misplaced or left at a relatives house. Upstairs, downstairs, both bathrooms. Oh, I forgot, the one in the diaper bag! That makes five! Pinxav is by far the BEST cream...

However, I work in a hospital and I can tell you that the honest to goodness best thing solution for diaper rash is.....AIR. If you just let them go commando after they do number 2 for about 15-30 minutes and do this as often as possible your poor baby's rash will be gone sooner than you believe. It works for me every time. When you have to go out or for overnight help with a rash definitely....use...
