Pinxav (pronounced Pink Salve) Diaper Rash Cream Review

I am a mother of three boys so rashes aren't anything new to me....or nice and I agree completely with Robmer's post in that this is the BEST stuff and I have tried nearly all of the creams out there!

However, I work in a hospital and I can tell you that the honest to goodness best thing solution for diaper rash is.....AIR.  If you just let them go commando after they do number 2 for about 15-30 minutes and do this as often as possible your poor baby's rash will be gone sooner than you believe.  It works for me every time.  When you have to go out or for overnight help with a rash definitely....use PINXAV!
