I have tried several types of diaper rash creams to help my daughter with her sensitivity to store brand diapers,before being told about Pinxav Diaper Rash cream also known as "Pink-Salve". it has a pleasent smell, applies easy, and stays on skin to futher protect from futher irritation and heals while it soothes. I purchase Pinxav at Drug Mart and it is lower in price than some of the name brands that I have tried. I think that the inactive ingredients are what makes Pinxav diaper rash cream better than the competitors.

I've tried about 5 different diaper rash creams and Pinxav works the best.  I put it on my baby at night when his tush looks red and in the morning it looks back to normal.  It smells better than most of the other brands too.  It does leave a pink residue in his diaper so I'm not sure if we will use it after we stop using diapers (I don't want his underwear to have pink stains).

I love this stuff. it works for diaper rash as early as the next diaper change. I've used a lot of different things and this is by far the best. also works on adults for chapped skin, windburn, etc...my husband has used it himself more than once(he's a pretty active fellow) It costs a little more up from but a very little bit goes a LONG way and its worth it for sure!

Pink Sav:    It is the best product I have used it covers the skin and gives it a barrier to further damage in rashes and soreness.  It protects soothes and heals it is a wonderful product no parent with babies should be without it.  I am a nurse and have raised twins and now triplets and one inbetween and it has been invaluable for raising my six children under 6 years of age. I remember my mom using Pinxav on my sister and I when we were little. It was in a little white bottle with a gold label and a black lid. She used it for EVERYTHING. Minor burns, scrapes, diaper rash, heat rash; whatever. She used it on herself, my dad, the kids. When I was pregnant with my first baby, she bought me my own tube of Pinxav, and I haven't looked back. I have 4 tubes of it scattered around my house, in case one gets misplaced or left at a relatives house. Upstairs, downstairs, both bathrooms. Oh, I forgot, the one in the diaper bag! That makes five! Pinxav is by far the BEST cream you could use for diaper rash. My daughter always seems to get diaper rash in the summer time, and I put on Pinxav once, and the rash is gone by the time I change her diaper again. She calls it her magic butt medicine. (She's now two.) I've had to use it on my son less frequently, and it still works great. If someone I know has just had a baby, that's one gift that's definitely included in their gift bag. I recommend it to everyone. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is it DOES stain clothing, but other than that, I just make sure to wear old clothing when I'm applying it to myself. I use it alot in the summertime when I have heat rash from chub rub. It's really just the best, and I dare anyone to say otherwise.

I am a mother of three boys so rashes aren't anything new to me....or nice and I agree completely with Robmer's post in that this is the BEST stuff and I have tried nearly all of the creams out there! However, I work in a hospital and I can tell you that the honest to goodness best thing solution for diaper rash is.....AIR.  If you just let them go commando after they do number 2 for about 15-30 minutes and do this as often as possible your poor baby's rash will be gone sooner than you believe.  It works for me every time.  When you have to go out or for overnight help with a rash definitely....use PINXAV!

Pinxav (pronounced Pink Salve) is the best diaper rash cream I have ever used.  I am a parent of four children and we have used every kind of cream we could find.  I received a tube of Pinxav at my baby shower for my third child.  This stuff is great.  The area hospitals use it frequently, so much that sometimes it's hard to find in the stores here.   It has many uses.  You can also use it for treating bug bites, heat rashes, sunburns, poison Ivy and chafing from athletic activities.  We even use it for chapped lips.  Recently we have had a bout of a stomach virus in our house.  Everyone, including the adults have used the Pinxav.  This is the best stuff around.  It virtually works overnight.  Nothing is better at relieving painful rashes. You can find Pinxav on the internet at Pinxav.com.  I am from Akron, OH and we have the cream locally.  If you can't find it in the store - ask your pharmacist.  Most drugstores here keep it behind the counter.  Check the website to order via the internet.
