Primo hair stylists in Chicago's suburbs?  Yes, indeed!  Pink Hair Studios is just fabulous -- and there's nothing pink in the salon!  Chris and Gail are the owners, and they are artists in coloring and styling -- the works -- they do great work and are a lot of fun, to boot. 

Before finding Gail and Chris, I commuted to downtown Chicago (an hour) on weekends to have my hair done at a trendy uber-salon.  That got old fast, as weekends are so short to begin with.  When I met these gals (working at a different salon in town) I knew they were special -- and then on separate occasions they each...

Gail has been my hairdresser for at least 29 years now.  I met her by chance when she was a brand new hair stylist and haven't gone to anyone else since.  She's seen me through many different hair styles -- all of them were cut and styled perfectly.  The shop is comfortable, friendly, and usually (on weekends) full of men and women. 

 Gail is also flexible and will make a "last minute appointment" if she possibly can.  I just called her this morning for a quick color treatment that she'll do Thursday evening.  She does have some evening hours, if that's a concern.

Chris had been my hairdresser for about 12 years. I followed her wherever she went! I have since moved to Nashville and miss her so much! I have a great hairdresser here but none will ever compare with MIss Chris! Ask her to tell you about the first time that I went to her with my Donna Summer curls and I wanted another perm! She'll be glad to share the amusing story! She is a very talented stylist and you also have the entertainment factor with Chris! She keeps you laughing from the time you put your butt in the chair!
