Most HelpfulI had always liked writing with wet pens, from roller balls to gel pens. However, after hearing the high reviews about Pilot's G-2 gel pen, and after about a year of using fountain pens exclusively, I decided to give the G-2 a shot. I bought a package at the supermarket and used it in place of my fountain...
review »I love pens, especially gel pens. While not my favorite, Pilot G2 Gel Pens are a good pen at a good price. They are sturdy, long-lasting and quite popular, as well as very easy to find in most office supply stores.
The only reason I don't rate them higher is that I think their ink could be darker and more vivid. I mostly use black ink and find it to be kind of bland once it dries. Because of this I only have a few of these pens in my home. Still, I think most folks would be very happy with this pen.
I love the way the g-2 pens flow very nicely, they sometimes smudge, but over all they write very well and use them regularly!
The G-2-07 is my favorite pen.
I like the G-2 pens in all the different colors like dark green, dark red, purple and turquoise blue, but HELLO!, where are the refills for colors besides black and blue. The world is not all black and blue and I hope your face isn't either.
