Picture Me Studios inside Walmart Super Center - Camillus, NY — 

I took my 5 year old Son and my 11 Month old daughter to picture me potrait studios and I probably will not take them back ever again. I made and appointment for December 7, 2008 for 12:30 pm. We got there right on time and there was a tremendous amount of people there. Now I understand that it is christmas time and everyone wants to get pictures done but the experience was horrible.To start we signed in and went to the tiny waiting room that they had and not one of the employees said a word to me. After an hour it was finally our turn and I took my kids in. To start tis is the first tme I have taken my daughter to get her pictures professionally done and in this case I use the term loosely. There were only 2 employees there and the photographer I found out later was the manager. He put my kids into a pose and started clicking away and he didn't even wait for my daughter to have a smile on her face. Then he hurried through individual pictures of them. It only took him 5 minutes to take 32 pictures of my kids. Now this was after we waited for an hour and we only had 2 groups ahead of us. So he took his time with the other groups but rushed me through. I was not happy.After that I had to go back to the waiting room to wait for the lady that was showing everyone their pictures. After sitting there for another hour I was informed that I would have to come back to see my pictures because the disk that they were put on was corrupted and they had to call Tech support to get it fixed. So they called me later that night and told me that they got the problem fixed and that i could come in to look at the pictures whenever it was convenient for me.So we went back the next day, this time I took my husband. After having to once again wait an hour we saw the pictures only to find out that not all of them had been recovered from the disk and that there was not one singal picture of my children out of all the pictures taken that I would pay for. They all looked horrible. So I made another appointment to go back to have the pictures retaken. When we went back I spoke to the photographer about the gentleman that did the pictures on Sunday and talk about loyalty. She did nothing but try to make excuses for his rude and unprofessional attitude towards me.So I finally called customer service and the only thing they did was send me a coupon for some free sheets of photos for my next visit. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

No I did not take my kids at naptime I had made my appointment for after naptime so that they would be rested. I have also gone to picture me during the christmas rush many times and never had an experience like this one. And the only reason why they called me back is because the card they put my pictures on was corrupted and I could not look at them until the next day when they got someone to fix the problem. And I went back on another day to get the pictures redone and I made sure it was at a time they were not busy and there wasn't another appointment booked within an hour of mine and I still felt rushed and did not feel like they were trying to make it a "good" experience. I also know that they only get minimum pay but honestly it is their job to take the pictures and get ones that the customer likes. and they are only required to take 6 shots that the customer approves. I also made sure to take my husband for help and they still did not get one stupid shot that my children looked nice in and I still had to pay for the package and was not offered anything by the manager who was the one to take our pictures in the first place. He was the rudest one of them all. SO before you go judging me as a person that thinks that everyone should cater to me you are wrong because if they would have shown me just a little bit of respect when I was there then I would never had complained.

I did tell you that I was not happy. You were the one that took our picture the first time. And you are the one that rushed us through. So we came back for another try and still did not get any really good pictures. But yet we still had to pay full price, we were offered no compensation even though my husband spoke to you the day we came back in to see the first set of pictures that were taken and were crap. You spent more time the first time we came in to get the pictures done with the woman that was there when we got there than you did anyone else. I understand that we were there during your busy time and I never had a bad experience there before and when we came back to have the shoot redone we came on a day that was not busy and there wasn't another appointment within an hour of ours and our pictures still came out like crap. So I guess the bottom line is that we did speak to you and you did nothing to rectify the problem.

I bet you took your kids at naptime. You probably did have to wait but my gosh. You said it was Christmas. Hello? Do you realize that Picture me is only required to take 6 poses. If the photogrpher took 32, its because they were trying to make a "good" experience happen for you. It doesn't make any sense why you'd complain about it you admitted they tried to make you happy. They took 32 shots they called you back, they offered you a coupon, AND you didn't pay for any of it. You could try again. Children are hard to capture sometimes. If you weren't happy there, I'm sure you have another studio close by. The pictures are cheap and the employees get minimum pay. it seems like you were in a bad mood to start with. Wait till you and your kids and your husband can go. Try to get the whole family go after breakfast on Saturday Morn. Just walk in with your coupon.You'd get a decent package with 25% off. And you'd only have to put 1/2 down. I've had great experiences and some like yours but it wasn't just the fault of the studio. j.parrie Pineville,La

Your order didnt reflect your statement. If you have any issues please contact me directly and I would be happy to compensate you for being dissatisfied.

You did go/come to the studio in our busy season. Come back in and talk to me about it and I will make sure your next session is one that will make you feel more than compensated.

Sometimes during our holiday season we get behind due to children not smiling and people not showing up on time etc. 1 person can throw our whole day off. Not to mention we are 100% digital now and the picking out your pictures side of things takes much longer now.

Im openly saying, If YOU are not happy, come in and we will fix everything. Even if we need to reshoot or reorder.
