I took my 5 year old Son and my 11 Month old daughter to picture me potrait studios and I probably will not take them back ever again. I made and appointment for December 7, 2008 for 12:30 pm. We got there right on time and there was a tremendous amount of people there. Now I understand that it is christmas time and everyone wants to get pictures done but the experience was horrible.To start we signed in and went to the tiny waiting room that they had and not one of the employees said a word to me. After an hour it was finally our turn and I took my kids in. To start tis is the first tme I have taken my daughter to get her pictures professionally done and in this case I use the term loosely. There were only 2 employees there and the photographer I found out later was the manager. He put my kids into a pose and started clicking away and he didn't even wait for my daughter to have a smile on her face. Then he hurried through individual pictures of them. It only took him 5 minutes to take 32 pictures of my kids. Now this was after we waited for an hour and we only had 2 groups ahead of us. So he took his time with the other groups but rushed me through. I was not happy.After that I had to go back to the waiting room to wait for the lady that was showing everyone their pictures. After sitting there for another hour I was informed that I would have to come back to see my pictures because the disk that they were put on was corrupted and they had to call Tech support to get it fixed. So they called me later that night and told me that they got the problem fixed and that i could come in to look at the pictures whenever it was convenient for me.So we went back the next day, this time I took my husband. After having to once again wait an hour we saw the pictures only to find out that not all of them had been recovered from the disk and that there was not one singal picture of my children out of all the pictures taken that I would pay for. They all looked horrible. So I made another appointment to go back to have the pictures retaken. When we went back I spoke to the photographer about the gentleman that did the pictures on Sunday and talk about loyalty. She did nothing but try to make excuses for his rude and unprofessional attitude towards me.So I finally called customer service and the only thing they did was send me a coupon for some free sheets of photos for my next visit. Needless to say I will not be going back there.
