Picasa2 —
I discovered Picasa2 couple years ago! I have tons of pictures stored on my PC but always had a hard time finding a program to email pictures! I find the functions and features easy to use. I use the back up feature often. Editing may be a bit limiting but for the needs I have it works just fine!
