I created and purchased 11 calendars for Christmas presents. When I received the calendars in the mail, they were printed incorrectly because of an issue Kodak was having with a specific font that they had available. I was presently surprised when they credited me for reordering them and even upgraded me to 2-3 day shipping so that I would have them before Christmas. When I went through with the purchase, I was charged almost $12 in taxes. I redeemed a mycokerewards.com reward for a Snapfish photo book. After creating the book, I tried to redeem my credit, but was unable to do so. I sent their customer service department an e-mail, asking for the credit to be applied. Upon further checking the site, I determined that I had gone about ordering my book incorrectly. Thinking I'd just use the credit correctly at a later date, I was astounded when I received an e-mail from Shanthi of their customer service department informing me that they had manually credited my credit card!
