I've used Snapfish for several years, but the quality of their products has gone dramatically downhill. The photo Christmas cards were flawed, but it was too late to re-order, so I had to sent them anyway. The photobooks of my daughter's wedding were warped and uneven. They gave me refunds, but it was too late to reorder for Christmas. I just received the 7 ornaments that I ordered. EVERY ONE of the pictures on the ornaments were way off center! They look terrible! Again, they were Christmas gifts that I will have to replace. I'm sorry to see such poor quality from Snapfish and will take my business...

For the past several years, I have used snapfish for holiday photo cards and have been very happy with the price/quality. Last month I ordered two photo books, expecting the same quality. I have been so disappointed. After 2 weeks, my books didn't arrive. I called customer service to find out my order hadn't been processed. It took another 2 weeks for my books to arrive. I was so disappointed with the quality. One of the books looked OK, but the other one was terrible, with really dark pictures. I've since called customer support twice to get a refund. The first time, I hung up after being on hold...

I've now ordered memory books from Snapfish two times, and both times, I was under "time" pressures (naturally due to my own procrastination). The biggest surprise for me with my Snapfish order was just how fast it was shipped to me. I ordered for Christmas, which, mind you, is probably one of the busiest times of year. I put my book together on Thursday and received it by the following Monday. Just in time to ship it off for Christmas so I look like the hero.

I ordered Christmas cards on December 10th. On Decemeber 11 Snapfish said the cards were processed and were shipped to UPS. They left Aubrun VA on December 11, arrived in Durham NC on the 12th, sat there until the 16th, and finally arrived to Charleston, SC on December 19th. That is NOT 3-5 business days. I will never order anything that's time sensitive from them again.
When I emailed the Customer Service to find out why there were just sitting in Durham, they told me "If you don't get them by December 23, we'll resubmit your order". What would a resumbitted order for Christmas Cards...

Ordered my pictures on 12/6. Within a few days I recieved my 4 x 6 's. The quality was lacking, and the pictures were grainy. I am a terrible photographer, but it isn't my lack of photography skills this time! On three shots, the heads were missing!!
My larger prints never arrived. It took customer service a cpl days to respond. Even after my order was supposed to be resubmitted with free upgraded shipping, I still won't have my pictures by Christmas. (Due to the weather now, or so they say).
