add me to the list of people who would prefer to give them no stars--i've NEVER had such a horrible customer service expereince. i ordered 3 canvases in October, to be given to family members as Christmas gifts. here it is, dec. 15, and i still have no canvases. i've been emailing since mid-november and now have to deal with my credit card company since arstcow refuses to refund my money. i've received several nasty emails from the company in response to my several inquiries regarding the whereabouts of my products. i've been told to be patient no less than 14 times by them, and their...

I have ordered books from this company twice, and twice my order has not arrived as planne! Last spring I ordered books as a class gifts for teachers and they mailed it to me with no street number on the shipment! I called them to tell them about the problem and they would not attempt to reship the books unless I paid again or they got the first order back! This time I ordered before November 30th as it said to do, I checked on my order tonight and it said, "pament failed." When I placed the order my payment went through and all was okay. No one notified me to tell me that my payment...

I have created and sent my own Christmas cards for the last 3 years. I like to shop around for good prices and coupon codes to get a good deal. This year my choice was hands down Kodak Gallery!!
I took my pictures and was able to upload them in one shot, as opposed to one by one uploads of other photo sites.

Just received the calendars I made up for our children as a Christmas gift. I have 2 granddaughters; age 2 years (my daughters child) & age 1 & 1/2 years old (my son's child). I did a calendar of each grandchild. I chose the 11.5 x 14 premium for $27.99, by the time tax & shipping was added for both it came to $68, which I thought was pricey & better be worth it! I am absolutely, positively, thrilled with the way they turned out! Never in my wildest dreams did I expect such quality calendars! I started the calendars in September, I am 56 years & not very computer literate, on...

I was terribly dissapointed in Snapfish. I have used several other online photo processing sites (shutterfly, walgreens, walmart) without any problems. I had a coupon for Snapfish and decided to give it a try.
The photos took over twice as long as promised on the website. Time was an issue as I wanted to include a few photos in some invitations I was sending. The pictures took so long I had to use another company to print the photos to send my friends.
When the pictures finally came the quality was unacceptable. The 4"x6" images appeared grainy and in some cases blurry. I know it is not the digital...
