We stayed at Phoenix East unit 1501 last year for spring break. We booked it online having never been to Gulf Shores. We were apprehensive due to it being on the 15th floor but did it anyway. When we got there we were too early for check in but they let us get all the paperwork out of the way, then we went down to the beach to wait for the other hour until check in time (which by they way, we know from our paperwork mailed to us what time to arrive but the trip didn't take as long as we thought). They came and got us after about 15 minutes and let us go on in. The unit was great!. It was beautifully decorated, clean, smelled nice and the view was spectacular! This is a three bedroom two bath condo and it had plenty of room for the five of us. There were two balconies so we had two great views. Everyone there was super nice and treated us great! I would definitely recommend Phoenix East and especially this unit. Sadly we are not going back this year trying another beach but I will go back another time and I hope to stay in the same place!
