Not worth the energy.
This is a great option if you have very little money to be able to spend on a treadmill, and I mean very little. This is a manual treadmill which means exactly what it sounds like, you have to manually turn the belt with your walking or your running, there is absolutely no power that runs to this at all, so everything that you do has to come from human power and you have to make it move the speed that you want it to go. This is nothing fancy and does not have anything special on it to tell you the speed you are going, how far you have traveled, the calories burned, your heart rate, it has none of that which makes it very plain and probably not that useful to most people. It is small and it does fold up to make it easy to store and keep it out of the way, but that is the only real positive thing that I think it has going for it. It is hard to get a consistent workout because it does not keep you going at a certain speed, your speed varies based on your own work you put into it and then you gradually slow down. I would not recommend buying this but spending a bit extra and buying an electric one.
