Phil's tavern is an incredibly clean establishment, which puts it way and above most places with the last name tavern. The food is of the highest order and prepared with the greatest of care. The daily lunch specials are enormous, more than filling, and cheap. On Saturday, Phil's has a 99 cent menu that will allow you to gorge yourself for practically nothing.
