I use Philosophy When Hope is Not Enough Facial Firming Serum in conjunction with the following philosophy products: one step facial cleanser, when hope is not enough moisturizer and the eye cream. I gotta tell you, I feel it's the least favorite one of the bunch for me. It's kind of really sticky and tacky.

I hate applying it to my face, but I think it helps because my face has been looking in the most fantastic way! My boyfriend noticed the difference as well. Maybe it's because I use the products in conjunction with each other, but maybe it's this thing. I hate the feel, but I think it works, clearly as evidenced by the results. My face glows more and I have lost the dark circles, as well as the splotchiness that I tend to have. I usually have redness around my nose and chin, but that is very improved thanks to Philosophy. I would say get it anyway because serums tend to be kind of gross in order to work because they contain all these ingredients to make your skin feel...

Hope is not enough has made a big difference in my skin I have seen less lines and my skin feels so much better. Hope gives it a nice feeling and my skin looks better Other people have even asked what have I been using I use it everyday under my moisturiser Its great

This When Hope is Not Enough Facial Firming Serum came with the package I bought expecting it is to be good as other philosophy products. However, this serum has that smell that I can't really stand. I am taking a microbiology class and the smell of the serum is somewhat familiar in the lab.

I bought this product about a month ago after reading all the wonderful reviews about it. I have just a few almost not noticeable signs of aging around my eyes. After using this serum for more than a month I didn't see any improvement in my skin. I would not recommend to buy it.

Philosophy has the best products! I have very dry skin but I also have break outs. I have tried so many different products then I finally found Philosophy. I use Philosophy When Hope Is Not Enough facial firming serum under Philosophy's Hope is Not Enough cream and my skin has never been better.

I gave this product a six month try and used all of the skin care line that is recommended to go along with it. I really didn't feel I was getting nearly the anti-aging protection that I had with my previous line of skin care (which I have returned to) Like so many of the products that are sold mostly on tv and not much in department stores I guess the hype got to me and I should have listened to my inner self....

This product is a best seller because it does (at last) everything and more that it claims to do. When you smooth it onto your skin, you honestly see, and feel your skin drinking it up. It has a light fragrance, but they do offer a "hope in the jar" for more oily, sensitive types. But take it from a green eyed very light skinned person that easily burns, the original works on me. A little goes a long way. It may seem pricey, but it will last much longer, and provide lasting results and changes, than a less exspensive commercial brand....

I use and like Philosophy when hope is not enough facial firming serum but I believe it works best in conjunction with other Philosophy skin care products, especially When Hope and a Prayer Vitamin C Powder. Still, it's a good serum to firm the skin and ward off free radicals that make skin appear aged.

This serum comes in a brown bottle with a dropper. The serum is clear with a slightly pine scent. You need just a drop or two after cleansing on bare skin. It doesn't burn or irritate even my sensitive skin. You will feel a tightening of your face but nothing uncomfortable. It's just firming as it should. You can then go ahead and apply your moisturizer and go on with your life. This serum is best used in the morning. Your skin will feel firmer and look a bit lifted. It will glow and have a more even texture and tone. This is NOT a miracle serum and it won't take 10 years off your face but it is quite a good serum to tighten the facial skin and keep pores looking tiny....
