Customer Service Had to contact customer service once when their was a problem with one of the products I ordered. Representative sent me out a new product at no cost to me. She was helpful and went as far as to e-mail me to make sure I received the product and that I was satisfied with the replacement product. I had a new level of respect for the company because that rep went over and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Shipping and Returns I did have an issue with a product and instead of having to return it, Philosophy advised me to keep the product and they sent a replacement. I was a satisfied customer who continues to purchase their products.

Philosophy.com is one of my favorite websites for buying any type of lotion or facial product. They have so many great deals and products. When you go on their homepage, they typically have photos of some of their new or best selling products. There is also an option of selecting what department you want to shop in: new!, skin care, fragrance, bath & body, and gifts. Once you select the department you can also choose to view the items based on price or size of the product. This is really convenient if you are only looking to spend a certain amount of money on your purchase. The website offers great sales and deals on different occasions during the year. There are also pretty many free shipping offers that make it worthwhile to shop on their website rather than physically driving to a store. The check out process for the website is really easy, and everything ships quickly. The items always look true to the photos posted on the website, so you can trust that the photo you see will be identical to the items you get.

I have purchased and used many different products from Philosophy dot com and and the experience on their website was good compared to some others I have tried. First I have to say that the Philosophy dot com website is a very good website. I have found that it is very easy to maneuver and you I was able to find everything I was looking for in a relatively quick amount of time. They also have very good prices on the Philosophy website and they always have good sales going on. I so like some of their products but some I found are misleading . I say this because the descriptions in the bottles are a little misleading and the product does not always work as good as described. I have found that the shipping is really good and I always get my product when they say it will be here. I have dealt with customer service once when I had a question about a product and they were very helpful. I have to say that my overall experience on Philosophy.com has been pretty good.

I just had to try the Philosophy brand of products way back when when Hope In a Jar was one of Oprah's favorite things. That product didn't wow me, but I'm a big, big fan of the 3 in 1 washes. I recently browsed this site to purchase a going away gift for a friend. Lo and behold, they had several gift sets to choose from. Some has a thoughtful message on the box. I chose the gift delivery option and sent it directly to my friend's house. She just loves it. There were many single products to choose from as well. I particularly like the seasonal scents for Holidays and what have you. They do a very nice job of putting together scents that compliment each other in the gift sets. I haven't tried many of the facial care items since the ones I did try didn't really do it for me. But like I said, the 3 in 1 washes are awesome and the complimentary perfumes are as well. I have tried several of the perfumes and just love all of them. They have a nice noticeable scent that is not cloying or intrusive. I think you pretty much can't go wrong with any of the scents they carry. They could certainly do a bit better with prices and promotions. You might be better off purchasing from a different website if you're looking for good deals. I would use the Philosophy website only if I couldn't find the product I wanted elsewhere.

I love philosophy products and their website, pilosophy.com is a great site with super friendly user interface, it makes it so easy to buy from it. The part I love the most, specially around this time of the year is their Christmas gift packages they offer, i can get a lot of gifts from there. The free shipping after $50 feature is very nice, reasonable price for shipping if you dont reach the $50. I love how every single product has a very detailed description on it, making it so easy to buy from there, even first time Philosophy users can see exactly what they are getting and whats the use of it. The website in my opinion is wonderful, self explanatory, without crouded pages, this makes my buying experience so pleasant without the information overload to my brain. I love how everyrhing for the most part is always on stock, this way i know i can always get their wonderful Products when i need them

Hey, Philosophy products might be a little pricey, but they are totally worth the price. Philosophy.com has something for everyone and it's a great website to turn to for gifts. The receiver will absolutely love anything you purchase them from this website unless they are scent snobs. I always anticipate the holidays because they come out with their limited edition holiday scents. I just can't turn them down! I get so excited waiting for packages to come so I can experience their new yummy scents. And they have the most thoughtful, creative gift sets of fragrances that are packaged and labeled as "here comes the bride", "for mommy with love", and "wish you well". I would totally love to receive these as gifts so I look forward to ordering them in the future when an appropriate occasion arises. This website is great and they have sales often. Just sign up for their email subscriber list so you can get the best deals.

Philosophy is a great site and they have amazing skin care. They offer a ton of deals year round so i highly suggest subscribing to their e-mails. You can find their products in a lot of other store and website such as sephora and ulta. If you are the type of people who needs to smell their lotions or body washes before you buy then these stores uses have a lot of their scents. But sometime buying from their website is a better deal because they will have promos for a percentage off or give away amazing sample packs. I have ordered from their site before and got their skin care. They have excellent skin care for all sorts of skin types. I ordered from their site because they had a better deal then sephora and plus the shipping was fast too! I highly believe this is a great brand a great site to look for skin care. I fyou are new to philosophy you should check it out the next time your in a beauty store!

Okay, so Philosophy is expensive & it never goes on sale at the place I usually get it - Sephora. The last time I was in the store a Philosophy rep was there & she told me to sign up for the brands email list. I did that & for the last few months, I have been getting so many coupons for their site that help make my favorite products a little bit more affordable. The last time I placed an order on their site was after receiving a 30% off coupon in my inbox. I had been waiting to order their at home facial kit & this took a significant chunk off of the price plus covered the shipping cost! Win win!! It was easy to go through their process to fill out my shipping & credit card info & to place the order. They also constantly have trial sizes & freebie codes you can use when you order online as well. My order came quickly & was nicely packaged. I'm so glad I found out about their email list to get coupons & will probably make my next Philosophy purchase from the site as well versus heading instore!

I absolutely love Philosophy products and used to buy them at a local Sephora store. When we moved, however, that option was no longer available and I had to go online for my favorite Philosophy shower gels and lotions. Their website is well-organized and easy to navigate. Items can be viewed not only by type of product, but by price point, so if you're shopping for small gifts you don't have to wade through some of the more expensive items to find something. Checkout is a breeze and there's no question as to when your items will be shipped and expected to arrive. Once you purchase something on the Philosophy.com website you begin to receive email notifications of specials, new products, etc. A lot of them. In fact, so many that I had to go on their website to opt out of receiving them. They do tend to offer a lot of sales, so it's worthwhile if you don't receive the emails to occasionally go on their site to see what's being offered.

I have been shopping from Philosophy.com for several years now, and I just love their web site and all the different products that they have available. They also offer really good sales and coupon codes every once in awhile, and that really helps get great quality products at a better price. I have never had any problems with my orders being wrong or not coming within the time frame specified. I have always had a pleasant experience shopping from Philosophy.com and would recommend that anyone try the web site out. I love all of Philosophy's products, especially the shower gel 3-in-1 which lathers up so nicely and all the scents smell really good. I also love Philosophy's skin care line with Hope in a Jar being my favorite. It makes my skin feel so soft and my makeup glide right on.
