I've been trying and using philosophy skin care products for several years now. Some are fabulous, some are just okay, and there are others that downright stink. I consider philosophy Hope In A Tube Eye Firming Cream to be one of the very best items in the line that I've ever used.
philosophy describes this firming eye cream as "high density". I have to agree: this is hands-down the absolute thickest undereye product that I've ever used. I usually apply it in small dots scattered throughout the area and then gently work it into skin with my weaker ring finger so as not to pull on...
review »I ordered Philosophy's Hope In A Tube as part of a starter kit from Philosophydirect.com. At 35, I am already seeing the beginnings of crow's feet around my eyes & I was looking for a good eye cream when I saw this advertised on TV. Since Philosophy's reputation is impeccable and the price was right, I ordered it. I was so excited when it came, that I tried it right out of the box! The cream itself feels like you're putting cucumbers on your eyes. Somehow this product manages to be light & non greasy, yet very hydrating to the delicate skin around the eyes. I have found alot of other creams...
review »I was first introduced to the Philosophy products while watching Oprah about 6 years ago. She raved about Hope in a Jar which, I also use. The Hope in a Tube is a great daily use product. I use it everyday before I apply makeup or when I just need to hit the road running with a bit of tinited lipgloss and mascara. The product not only moisturizes but it soaks in and really firms up the upper lid. At the same time, it plumps up the under-eye smile wrinkles which, are suddently starting to stare back at me in the magnifying mirror. The Philosophy company is earth friendly and doesn't test their...
review »This is a review of hope in a tube eye cream by philosophy.
Hope in a tube is the basic eye cream by philosophy. It's main functions are to hydrate and slightly firm. The cream can be used around both the eye area and lip area (around the mouth, not actually on the lips).
This is a really nice eye cream. It is pretty thick, so if you squeeze out about half an inch worth on your finger, this will be enough for both eyes. Unlike other eye creams, where you are told to pat the cream around the eyes, this is a cream that you should sweep beneath the eyes (the reason is, since the eye area is...
review »Just before turning 30, I freaked out. I went on an all out beauty rampage trying every anti-aging, wrinkle defense cream under the sun. I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon Philosophy's Hope in a tube. I LOVE this product. I actually love many of the philosophy products. This item actually came in a kit. Its so luxurious and creamy that you know it has to work. A little bit goes a long way. I have made a habit of applying it at night before going to bed. After cleansing, I dab a little of this all around my eye area. I have definitely noticed a decrease in the crepe-iness and fine lines...
review »I got this through QVC as a special and it was part of a set. I wasn't all that interested in the eye cream, but boy was I impressed once I got it. It is nice and thick, and very hydrating. It is also a lip cream, and I have used it not only on my lips, but around my nose during allergy season when my nose gets red and irritated from blowing too much.
I really like this product. I purchased it in a set. The other products were great too but this is the one I'll go and buy again and again!
