Most HelpfulI use a daily facial moisturizer before applying makeup. I need something light enough so that it dries thoroughly and doesn't interfere with my foundation. I have tried many that only cause my makeup to pill because it was too thick and didn't dry properly. Others just make me break out. My sister introduced...

I use a full regiment of Philosophy skin care products every day and night. I never thought that I would end up such a Philosophy junkie but my skin has spoken and it has said to keep on doing what I'm doing because it likes it. The cornerstone of my regiment is Philosophy Hope In A Jar Moisturizer All Skin Types.
The Product...
review »I love and adore Philosophy. I look for products that actually do what they claim to do, as well as look for products that..wait for it...have a good 'Philosophy' about themselves and what they are selling. I don't feel the need to get the $200 caviar face cream because A-list celebrity #1 has been seen buying it. I want something that works for me. I've been using Philosophy products way back in the day before O got her hands on it. I find I am using it more diligently as I now am older, wiser and have more of a need for it.
Hope in a Jar moisturizer is truly Hope...that is in a jar. ...
review »If you are looking for any skin cream to give you that "10 years younger" appearance, you are going to be disappointed in all of them. The truth is (and science will back me up on this claim) that no skin cream has the ability to take "years off your face". If you've not been taking care of your skin all along, you can't hit 50 and just expect it to respond to whatever you do.
Theis is a fairly good moisture cream, and will hydrate the skin, but if you are having any problems with adult acne break-out's, this will make them worse.
The real key element to great skin is proper nutrition and LOTS of...
review »I have very sensitive skin and skin allergies. Philosophy's Hope in a Jar is hands down the best face cream I have ever tried. It has never irritated my skin or caused me to break out. It is very reasonably priced and works better than many of the other face creams I have tried. Within weeks of switching to Hope in a Jar I had noticed a visible difference in my skin's texture and appearance. My face is nice and "soft" and I have a nice healthy glow. People frequently ask me what skin care line I use because I have "such beautiful skin." I use Hope in a Jar twice a day: in the morning...
review »Philosophy Hope in a jar is amazing. You put it on and it soaks right into your skin. There is no greasy feeling afterwards. It really does help keep your skin moisturized and helps with signs of aging. It may be a little pricey but it works, and a little goes along way. It doesn't smell bad either. Other moisturizers I've tried, you put them on and that's all you smell all day. Hope in a jar has a very clean smell but it does not linger all day. I have had so many compliments on my skin since I've started using this product. I use it morning and nite because it is not heavy like...
review »I have used this lotion for the better part of five years. I first picked it up in a specialty cosmetic store because of the adorable, quirky sayings written on the bottles. I eventually ended up using nearly every product that Philosophy makes. I even go without makeup a few days a week with confidence, because of the improvement I have seen in my skin since I started using these products. I have tried new moisturizers, but I have always gone back to Philosophy's Hope in a jar. It is lightweight enough to wear under makeup in the summer, yet heavy enough to keep your skin hydrated all...
