I am one of the unfortunates of this world who was blessed with being allergic to many things, including fragrances. I really have to do my research to find a perfume that I can wear without an allergic reaction, which can include but not limited to, flushed cheeks, coughing, loss of voice and all within being around a fragrance for 10 minutes. I said that to say this, Amazing Grace is a very soft scent that does not hit any trigger buttons. It is wonderful for an everyday or special occassion perfume.
I always seem to get compliments on "how good I smell" , Not "Isn't that (insert a stronger perfume of your choice here)? They can never identify the perfume but know that they like the scent. I have been told you just barely catch the scent as you walk by, which isn't that what you want in a perfume vs. knowing that they can "smell" you coming before you turn the corner? Even if you layer the lotion with the perfume, it is never overpowering.
Up until a few weeks ago you could not get the Philosophy line here in Columbia, thankful Ulta is now carrying this line. Previously, I would drive to Charlotte, or if traveling out of state, stock up at the nearest mall. I have found the perfume that is my signature scent.
