Philosophy Acne Kit —

I have been suffering from acne since I was 14 years old. I am now 28, and have not found a single product that begins to help with my problem. I've tried every single over the counter product made; they are either too harsh for my skin or just simply don't work. Prescription measures aren't an option due to insurance reasons, so I pretty much gave up on ever having clear, pretty skin.

I tried this product on a whim, and to my surprise it actually works--sort of. It's a 4 step process that starts with a cleanser. The cleanser doesn't have an unpleasant scent, is not harsh or drying and leaves my skin feeling clean. The next step is the exfoliator gel. Again, no unpleasant scent and no drying. It does feel a bit strange when it dries, but it comes in a super fun bottle!! The 3rd step is the 'sanitizing' product, which contains hydrogen peroxide. Once again, no unpleasant scent and no drying. The final product that comes in the kit is the protecting lotion. This lotion is great as a moisturizer and makes your skin feel less tight after using the other products. It's supposed to keep the 'good stuff' in your skin and the 'bad stuff' off your skin.

The price of the kit is reasonable at 60 dollars. Each individual product is between 40-60 dollars each.

I would at least give this product a try if you're looking for something that might work for you!
I notice a difference when I use it for a couple of days, then stop. I would imagine you're supposed to use the product every day, because once I stop my face breaks out again and I have to start all over!
