Philips Sonicare Flexcare Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrush without UV Sanitizer Review

I have already written a review on the toothbrush itself and am still happy with it - but if you plan on getting a rebate from this company - it will never happen!

I got a coupon from them after registering the toothbrush, telling me that when I purchased a multi pack of the toothbrush heads, I could either get a rebate or a free toothbrush head.  I purchased a three pack of toothbrush heads, sent in my rebate form selecting the option of a free toothbrush head.  This was sent in on December 27 and I am still waiting for them to make up their mind if my UPC that I sent in is o.k.!  I have faxed them twice (said they didn't get the first one, even though the Fax Report states otherwise), called them three times and am still waiting on them to approve the UPC label.  Last call, they said they didn't know there was a multi pack for three toothbrush heads!!!!!!!!

Needless to say - I will never purchase another thing from this company EVER!!!!  Love my toothbrush but will never purchase another one from them.
