Philips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush Review

I purchased the Sonicare Battery OperatedTtoothbrush for my husband and myself for Christmas last year.  My husband inherited very bad teeth and everytime he would go to the dentist just for a cleaning, he would have to have more work done.  After using the sonicare toothbrush for 6 months, he went to the dentist and they wanted to know what he was doing different.  The plaque and tarter on his teeth was noticeably reduced.  For the first time he could remember, he didn't  have to a have any other work done on his teeth.He was proud to tell them of his Christmas present.  I have diabetes and get my teeth checked every six months.  When I went to the dentist the first time after using my sonicare toothbrush, I was told the plaque and tartar was reduced also.  I have since purchased a rechargeable sonicare toothbrush for my husband.  Sonicare toothbrushes also have replaceable heads, so when the brush part needs to be replaced, you don't have to purchase the whole toothbrush.  I had a friend recommend this toothbrush to me about a year before, after using it, I really wished I had purchased one sooner.
