Philips Senseo HD7810/95 5-Cup Coffee Maker Review

When I heard about the chance to get one of these gadgets for free I jumped at the chance.  When my husband & I first got married we used to get up every morning, brew a whole pot of coffee and drink the whole thing between the two of us.  As we've gotten older we've both cut down.  Partially for health reasons and partially because I've been pregnant and or nursing a baby for most of the past 4 years.  My husband gets coffee at work and I don't want to drink a whole pot.

This device is PERFECT for us!  I love that I can make my coffee as strong or weak as I want/need it and everyone can have the perfect cup.  If I just want decaf, I can have it.  If I want regular and my husband wants decaf, we're both happy.  When we have guests over everyone is thrilled that they can have just what they want.

I had to laugh this last weekend when we had guests over for breakfast.  One guy brought his own broken thermos so I figured he had "spiked" his coffee.  When I mentioned that we DO have coffee here he said "Oh, I only drink decaf.  Most people don't know what that is."  I laughed and told him next time to leave the thermos at home.  Everyone gets the cup of coffee they want at my house!
