Pros

sleek design, very quick, small countertop footprint, pods available in the grocery store

Cons

not as sturdy of a machine, small water reservoir, seems more cheaply made

Check my other reviews...I have a glowing review of this product in its original condition. I got many a great cup of coffee from my Phillips Senseo and told many people about it. However, when my model got recalled and I received the replacement I was most dissappointed. It was nothing like the machine I returned to them for the recall and I have gotten no satisfaction since reporting this to the company. The piece of equipment they sent me was not the same capacity nor did it have the same sturdy feel of mine.Though they told me to keep the accessories to my old machine , there was no need to keep them as they don't fit on the replacement model. I fear it won't last very long at all and we are not heavy coffee drinkers. That is, the machine is usually used for only a cup of coffee for each of us with breakfast most mornings.
