I work out at the gym 3-4 times per week. I don't do classes, I typically do the machines because for me, the gym is an escape and nothing makes me happier than cranking my music and working out to a great beat. I love these headphones because I apparently have small ear holes. Lol. Every other set of buds without a hook for around the outside of my ear tends to pop out at some point during my workout and that is SO annoying! I love that these feel secure hooked around my ear and also, the size of the bud isn't too big for my ear either. The sound seems to be great - I will admit that I am not a tech junkie, nor do I know a lot about how these products work, but for me they're great. I do use them 3-4 times per week for an hour or more at a time. I have had them for around a year and the performance is just as great now as it was when I first purchased them!
