Pros

    Fairly inexpensive, Component output, Plays lots of discs, Thin and light

Cons
    Doesn't play HD DVDs, No S-video output, Just a standard dvd player

This DVD player is the best stand alone DVD player in my opinion. It has a great range of media that can be played. The picture is good when plugged in with component cables. Its sleek, thin, lightweight design make it that much better.
