The sound on this phone is very good. The speaker feature on both handsets is wonderful and very useful. The set up to interact with the phone is a tad confusing...and I am someone who knows her way around electronics fairly well. It is set up like a cell phone so many users who are on the cell a lot will appreciate the button configuration.

Lots of ringtones...wonderful to hear music instead of that noisy ring from most phones. While I do not know if I can use it, there is a feature (if you have some particular service) to set ringtones to each particular caller, just like your cell.

Overall, I like the phone. Answering machine has a very short time alotment. Not good. I don't think 15 minutes is enough especially for people who get a lot of calls. Still, this phone is proving to be a good purchase.

I'm only about 10% through setting up the various features. Good thing there's an instruction book.
