I just love this cookware.  It has a nice gauge to it and the non-stick surface works very well.  The exterior is a pretty shiney silver.  It has glass lids that allow you to view your food cooking as well as a vent hole for the steam to escape.  I bought this cookware for my boyfriend for Christmas and afer cooking with it, I just had to have a set for myself.  So when it went on sale again, I bought a set for myself.

From chef, make sure that for your rice you have a ratio of 1.5:1 (water to rice) you can also. Make sure you also wash the rice to rinse of the starch that makles it stick together.Make sure the rice is over low/med heat. Also add 2 tbsp. of oil to the water the rice will be in and it will come out great. As for the chicken, saute on both sides then finish in oven at 350 deg. till done. Saute- Little oil, high temp. If you try to flip over the chicken and it sticks, it's not ready yet.

Hello, what can I do to prevent my food to burn while cooking with a Phillipe Richard Stainless Steel cookware. I tried to cook some rice in medium heat (In conventional cookware I start in high temp). However my rice burned and my chicken sticked on the surface. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
