I just bought a bottle of this fish oil from my local RITE AID and so far so good. I have not experienced any of the "fishy burp" experiences of the other reviewer. I guess everyone is different. I would definitely buy again.

***Quick View***: I strongly believe that fish oil is a necessary supplement for nearly everyone and I take them daily. When I ran out of my[ Natrol Fish Oil Softgel Capsules][1] , I asked my husband to pick me up another bottle. He came home with** PharmAssure Fish Oil 1000mg Softgel Capsules**. They were the same as far as active ingredients, milligrams, and even how they looked so I took them. Ugh. Every time I belch or even hiccup I taste fish. GROSS. Back to Natrol for me! ***My Take on PharmAssure Fish Oil 1000mg Softgel Capsules*** My Natrol Fish Oil softgel caps have lemon oil in them so I never have a "fish burp" which, as anyone who takes fish oil knows, is a side effect of this very healthy supplement. It's a gross side effect. The **PharmAssure Fish Oil 1000mg Softgel Capsules** come in several bottle sizes and my husband got me the large 180 count bottle of these things. I usually take two a day but I have been taking one because the fishy taste and even SMELL of these softgels is just too much for me. As far as ingredients go, these do have 1000 mg. of fish oil and are free of many chemicals. They do have gelatin in them which means they are not vegan but neither is fish oil. In the ingredients list, I DO see natural lemon flavor but let me tell you, I don't taste it at all. These supplements smell fishy, taste fishy, and really taste fishy when I hiccup or belch. I didn't even realize I ever burped until I started taking these. The taste is just so gross. i don't like fish much as a rule and I certainly don't want to taste it when I haven't even eaten any. I have no qualms with the effectiveness of the product as I am sure it is fine. But I just can't stomach the fish taste. Natrol Fish Oil has lemon oil in it which smells fresh and not at all fishy and it comes back up lemony and not fishy. I'm halfway through my bottle of **PharmAssure Fish Oil 1000mg Softgel Capsules** and I'm ready to toss them and just buy some Natrol brand. Also, the top of the bottle of this brand doesn't close well and I have lost several softgels because the bottle tipped over and the top opened. I was secretly glad I had to throw those away. Ha! ***My Viewpoint*** I have no complaints about the ingredients of **PharmAssure Fish Oil 1000mg Softgel Capsules** as far as them containing the healthy fish oil we need but wow. The fish taste is overwhelming. There really IS a difference between brands. I highly suggest that you buy [Natrol brand][2] with lemon oil if you buy fish oil supplements.
