Can be dangerous if you have depression with suicidal ideations.

I was given this drug to help me stop smoking.  I was not yet diagnosed with bipolar disorder.  One night out at a bar drinking I took about 30 tabs which almost killed me.  They told my wife that I would be dead by morning or a vegetable.  If you have trouble with suicidal thoughts this one drug you should not have control over how many you have.  Someone else should be giving them to you at small amounts. This drug can kill you very easily.   They diagnosed me with depression right after that and later with bipolar disorder.
