Although technically I don't own any pets in the normal sense, my elderly mom and I have a pretty cool arrangement with our "backyard" neighbor Elena.  She owns a Lab-Husky mix named Laika, who we bring over to spend the daytime hours (usually from 9:30 AM to 8 PM) because Elena spends much of the day outside the home and often goes at night as well.
